1. What are the available dates and times for the tour?

Our full-day tours run Monday through Sunday departing at 8 AM and returning around 3-4 PM.

Check availability on our online calendar or contact us for custom bookings.

Tours are weather-dependent.

2. Where is the client pick-up?

We offer free pick-up from most hotels and resorts on Moorea (such as Sofitel, Hilton, or family guesthouses).

Let us know your accommodation when booking.

If you’re in Papeete (Tahiti), a ferry transfer is available for an extra fee.

3. What is included in the price?

The price covers:

4×4 offroad transportation,
guided island tour,
a traditional Tahitian lunch (fish, fresh fruits, etc.),
access to the waterfall hike,
and basic insurance.

Alcoholic & soft drinks are included.

4. Is the waterfall hike difficult?

It’s a steep hike of about 1 hours round trip, with elevation and possibly muddy terrain (depending on the season).

It’s moderate for those in good physical shape.

5. What clothing and equipment should I bring?

Closed-toe hiking shoes with good grip.
Swimsuit and towel (for swimming at the waterfall).
Sunscreen, hat, mosquito repellent.
A small backpack with water (we provide some too).
Avoid flip-flops or delicate clothing – it’s offroad!

6. Is the tour suitable for children or seniors?

Yes, for children 3 years and up (with parental supervision).

For seniors, the hike is optional – we can leave them at a viewpoint.

Not recommended for under 3 or those with mobility issues.

7. What happens in case of bad weather?

Safety first! If rain makes the trails unsafe, we’ll reschedule.

Full refund if completely canceled.

8. Can I cancel or modify my booking?

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before.

After that, 50% fee.

Modifications subject to availability.

9. Are there details about local wildlife and flora?

Absolutely! Our guides share stories about sacred montains endemic plants like the Naupata and spots to spot dolphins or birds.

It’s eco-friendly: zero plastic, respect for nature.
